    What can I say, after several hours of trying to work out what to change in Header.php and after consulting a web friend of mine the solution from Madmarx worked, I don’t know how but it did. It’s an odd thing because I hadn’t made any changes to my sites other than the upgrade, I also tested the template on another site of mine and same problem. Anyway, it probably wouldn’t hurt to test with 2.8 and fix any syntax issues that may have krept in. Thanks for your help.

    I really like your theme but v2.8 (upgrade) from wordpress has broken the category menus (floating menus) on my site. Under the Page menus, I now get “No categories”. The problem is I can’t recall where to go to re-add these categories so that they can appear again. It has also happened to another site of mine using the same theme, http://www.greekkidsdvd.com. I tried the forum but didn’t find an answer and I can’t register as they are still closed. Can you please assist me.

      I had the same problem with BrandfordMagazine after upgrading to 2.8. It’s def. not a theme problem. After hours somebody gave me a quite strange solution: after installing and activating the plugin ‘My Category Order’ (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-category-order/) I only pressed the butten to give categorys a new order - and everything was running well again. So did I with my WyntonMagazin Blog and the category problem after upgrading was history. But, please, don’t ask me why…

    Ich kann hier leider auch nichts downloaden.       Bitte Augen auf…da ist noch ein “normaler” Link direkt unter dem Downloadlink und das habe ich in der Antwort auf den vorherigen Kommentar auch schon geschrieben.

      Die Fehlermeldung kannn ich weder nachvollziehen, noch kann ich sie erklären. Sie scheint irgendwie mit dem Sprachplugin zusammmenzuhängen, kommt bei mir aber eben auch nicht vor.

    Himmel. Habe gerade ein Traum-Blog mit BranfordMagazine fertig nach für meine Verhältnisse kurzen vier Tagen - da sehe ich dieses WyntonMagazine. Yessas. Haben wollen müssen. Noch’n Blog. Aber es muss sein. Nicht nur, weil’s jazzig ist - ich sterbe für Ornette Coleman und Chat Baker -, aber weil es genau so ist, wie ich Webseiten als “User” sehen möchte: übersichtlich, funktionell, intuitiv, kurz, Besucherfreundlich. Das hat jemand gemacht, der Infos will, die ansprechend und selbst erklärend präsentiert werden - ohne dieses enddämliche Flash-Geflacker und diese Effektonanie, die nur zu oft von fehlendem Inhalt ablenkt. Ich entrolle meinen Gebetsteppich und verneige mich tief…
    Doch, das ist genau das, was ich demnächst auch Kunden anbieten möchte - und dann kann ich endlich auch “donaten” - im moment schmeckt noch der Kit aus den Fenstern ;-)
    Einfach nur Danke, fettes Kompliment - besser geht meiner Meinung nicht…
