Welcome to the support forum. Here you will find professional support for my Wordpress themes.

You can write in English or German but please make sure you have read the forum information and the forum rules below. I highly reccomend to read the tutorials and also use the forum search since many things have been already solved and explained before.

As on the whole website I prefer a non-formal adressing. So for the German speaking audience use "Du" instead of "Sie" as I will do so.

Forum Rules

Make sure to read and follow theses rules before you post into the forums:

• I offer support for topics that are related to my themes only. No general WordPress support and no support for third party plugins.
• Please read the tutorials before you post in the form. Many things are already covered here.
• Please make sure you use the right forum for your question.
• Please use the forum search and make sure your question hasn´t been posted before (and was probably answered).
• If you want to post an issue, also post the relevant code if appropriate.
• Add the URL where it occurs (your site URL), the themeversion (can be found in the CSS file style.css) and the WordPress version to your post. If those Informations are missing, I can´t help and your post will be deleted without notice.
• Also you might send me the relevant file(s) to support@der-prinz.com, so I can take a better look at the code. But do that only if I request it.
• NEVER post any login-information in the forum. If I need any access to solve an issue I will let you know and you can send me an email.
• I do NOT offer any support or help for individual customization for free (but you can hire me if you like to). That means if you want to change the basic functions and layout of the theme significantly, I will not give you a ready-to-work solution. I probably will not answer at all. Other forum users are welcome to answer such questions of course.
• Since I´m doin´all this in my spare time and offer my themes for free don´t expect me to answer within a specific period of time. Normally I´m quite fast in answering but soetimes things need a little longer.
• For the same reason I do expect you to follow these simple rules in order to make it as easy as possible for me to offer support. If you don´t follow the rules your request might be ignored and your post might be deleted.
