Welcome to the support forum. Here you will find professional support for my WordPress themes.
You need to be a registered user to use the forums (more details below). You can write in English or German but please make sure you have read the forum information. I highly reccomend to read the tutorials and also use the forum search since many things have been already solved and explained before.
Forum Access
The support forums for paid themes are only acccessible to registered theme buyers. If you are not logged in as a theme buyer you will not be able to see and acess all parts of the forum.
If you purchased a theme and need full access to the support forums please register first as a regular forum member. After registering, forward the PayPal payment email to support (at) der-prinz.com and provide your forum username. I will manually upgrade your account to access the support forums.
Service Hours
Regular service hours for the support forums are Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 18:00 CET. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response (normaly I´m faster). If you haven´t received a response within this time send me an email (use the contactform).
I´m on a travel from July 29th until August 10th 2010 and have only very restricted access to internet and email. During this time I can provide no or only limited support. Purchased items will be delivered automatically.
Before you post in the forums read and follow the informations below.
You will understand that support in any shape or form requires a little more detailed information. And prior to any support I kindly ask you to do a little homework, read the tutorials and do a little research by yourself. Many problems can be solved faster in that way without my assistance. I can only offer support to my themes customers who will have full access to the support forums.

Forum Rules and Guidelines
I offer support for topics that are related to my themes only. I can´t offer general WordPress support and no support for third party plugins. Please refer to the WordPress support forum or the website of the plugin developer for such support.
Please read the tutorials before you post in the form. Many things are already explained here.
Please use the forum search and make sure your question hasn´t been posted before (and was probably answered). That saves time and keeps the forum structured and clean for the benefit of everybody.
If you want to post an issue, also post the relevant code if appropriate.
Add the URL where the issue occurs (your site URL), the themeversion (can be found in the CSS file style.css) and the WordPress version to your post. If those Informations are missing, I can´t help and your issue can´t be solved.
Also you might send me the relevant file(s) to support@der-prinz.com, so I can take a better look at the code. But do that only if I request it.
NEVER post any login-information in the forum. If I need any access to solve an issue I will let you know and you can send me an email.
I can not offer support for individual customizations for free (but you can hire me if you like to). That means if you want to change the basic functions and layout of the theme significantly (apart from setting it up and handle default themes functions), this is not covered by my theme support.
