Welcome to the support forum. Here you will find professional support for my WordPress themes.
You need to be a registered user to use the forums (more details below). You can write in English or German but please make sure you have read the forum information. I highly reccomend to read the tutorials and also use the forum search since many things have been already solved and explained before.
Forum Access
The support forums for paid themes are only acccessible to registered theme buyers. If you are not logged in as a theme buyer you will not be able to see and acess all parts of the forum.
If you purchased a theme and need full access to the support forums please register first as a regular forum member. After registering, forward the PayPal payment email to support (at) der-prinz.com and provide your forum username. I will manually upgrade your account to access the support forums.
Service Hours
Regular service hours for the support forums are Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 18:00 CET. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response (normaly I´m faster). If you haven´t received a response within this time send me an email (use the contactform).
I´m on a travel from July 29th until August 10th 2010 and have only very restricted access to internet and email. During this time I can provide no or only limited support. Purchased items will be delivered automatically.
If you like to contribute to this project and support my themes with your translation, your work will be highly appreciated.
When you translate the localization files into your language, please make sure you do it properly.
Please send me both files (*.po and *.mo) via email to support@der-prinz.com and I will publish them on the themes website and you´ll become not rich but famous ;-)
