Welcome to the support forum. Here you will find professional support for my WordPress themes.

You need to be a registered user to use the forums (more details below). You can write in English or German but please make sure you have read the forum information. I highly reccomend to read the tutorials and also use the forum search since many things have been already solved and explained before.

Forum Access

The support forums for paid themes are only acccessible to registered theme buyers. If you are not logged in as a theme buyer you will not be able to see and acess all parts of the forum.

If you purchased a theme and need full access to the support forums please register first as a regular forum member. After registering, forward the PayPal payment email to support (at) der-prinz.com and provide your forum username. I will manually upgrade your account to access the support forums.

Service Hours

Regular service hours for the support forums are Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 18:00 CET. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response (normaly I´m faster). If you haven´t received a response within this time send me an email (use the contactform).

I´m on a travel from July 29th until August 10th 2010 and have only very restricted access to internet and email. During this time I can provide no or only limited support. Purchased items will be delivered automatically.

Refund Policy

Please keep in mind that DER PRiNZ Pro Themes are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods. No refunds will be given for any theme purchases. Please check twice if the product fits your needs. If you have any questions, post them here.

Licence

DER PRiNZ Pro Themes are released under the GNU general public license. With the purchase of a theme package you have the right to use the included theme(s) on as many pages as you like for personal and client work. Only if you purchase a theme package from my website you will get unlimited access to the support forums.

Warranty

My themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. Once theme files are modified or third party plugins are installed, I do not guarantee that the themes work properly nor am I responsible for any occuring issues. I will also not provide any kind of free support for customization or modification.

Theme Updates

There will be updates for my themes from time to time when technical issues make it necessary (e.g new WordPress versions) or new fancy and useful functionalites are build-in. You will find the latest version always on my website. Updates are free if you purchased a theme and can be found here in the forums.
