Bevor Ihr im Forum postet, schaut nach, ob eure Frage nich schon einmal beantwortet wurde. Es werden keine Fragen zu grundlegenden WordPress Funktionalitäten beantwortet. Dafür gibt es die allgemeinen WordPress Foren und den unschlagbaren WordPress Codex. Außerdem empfehle ich zuerst die Tutorials zu lesen, da dort die meisten Fragen beantwortet werden. Für absolute Anfänger, die bisher wenig mit WordPress gearbeitet haben, empfiehlt es sich, ein paar Euro in das e-Book “Sites that Soar” von Aisling d´Art zu investieren. Das Buch erklärt den Aufbau einer Website anhand von BranfordMagazine Schritt für Schritt. Es ist zwar nur in englisch verfügbar, aber doch sehr einfach und verständlich.

Please make sure your question hasn´t been postet before. I will not answer questions on basic WordPress functionalities because there are general WordPress forums and the amazing WordPress Codex which do this job better. Check out the tutorials. Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazinne.

Der Code des Leadartikels steht ja in der Datei “ui.tabs.php” - Sorry, hatte ich vergessen zu erwähnen. Dort brauchst Du diese Stelle:

Die blau markierten Teile sind entscheidend. Bei mir steht hier die ID 1 drin,weil das meine Kategorie mit der Bezeichnung “News” ist.


Bei der sidebar.php verhält es sich ähnlich. Such nach den Zeilen (normalerweise ab Zeile 28)

Auch hier muss anden blauen Stellen die ID Deiner Kategorie rein.

Es gibt eine Kategorie. Die heisst Top News. Aber wo genau in der index.php soll ich die angeben. Ich finde da nur die Kategorien für die linke und rechte Spalte unterhalb des Lead Artikels.

Gibt es eine spezifische Kategorie, die dort angezeigt werden soll und hast Du die ID der Kategorie an entsprechender Stelle in der index.php eingetragen?


Eine Seite wird nur dann eine “featured page” wenn Du beim Schreiben der Seite auch das entsprechende Template (siehe Screenshot) auswählst.

Hallo nochmals,

leider habe ich noch zwei Probleme.


1. Im Lead Artikel und oben in der Sidebar erscheint statt dem Kategorienamen nur “Keine Kategorien”. Woran liegt das? Beiträge werden aber angezeigt…

2. Ich habe in meinem Blog mehrere Seiten erstellt. Nun wollte ich daraus eine “Featured Page” machen. Dafür habe ich in den jeweiligen Seiten die benutzerdefinierten Felder hinzugefügt. Leider wird mir noch immer die alte Seite angezeigt. Keine Featured Page. Muss ich die noch aktivieren?
