Welcome to the support forum. Here you will find professional support for my Wordpress themes.

You can write in English or German but please make sure you have read the forum information. I highly reccomend to read the tutorials and also use the forum search since many things have been already solved and explained before.

As on the whole website I prefer a non-formal adressing. So for the German speaking audience use "Du" instead of "Sie" as I will do so.

The support forums for paid themes are acccessible to registered theme buyers. If you purchased a theme and need access to the support forums please register first. After registering, send me an email to support (at) der-prinz.com an provide the details of your purchase (transaction ID, name and email as well as your forums user name). I will manually upgrade your account to access the support forums.
