I will not answer questions on basic WordPress functionalities because there are general WordPress forums and the amazing WordPress Codex which do this job better. Check out the tutorials. Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazine.

This e-book is highly recommended for new WordPress users who want to use BranfordMagazine or WyntonMagazine.

This forum will be closed down (read only mode) for x-mas and new years holidays. I will answer open topics within the next few days. In January the forum will be fully available again.

Honestly I don´t have a spontanious idea. Would need to google around to find a solution. But since this is not a theme specific thing I would suggest to ask a general WP forum.

Hi ! 

great theme; so much stuff possible ! 

i am wanting to change one of the tabs on the index to post a list of posts from one category.  i attempted to do this by changing this line in the ui.tabs.php page:

<?php wp_get_archives('type=postbypost&limit=7'); ?>

what is was looking for was something like this:

<?php query_posts('category_id=34&showposts=3');?>

but that doesn't work.  any ideas ?
