Please read the forum rules before you post in the forums. I will not answer questions on basic WordPress functionalities because there are general WordPress forums and the amazing WordPress Codex which do this job better. Check out the tutorials. Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazine.

This e-book is highly recommended for new WordPress users who want to use BranfordMagazine or WyntonMagazine.

This forum will be closed down (read only mode) for x-mas and new years holidays. I will answer open topics within the next few days. In January the forum will be fully available again.

Hast Du eventuell die ui.tabs.php gemeint? Habe gerade gesehen, das es da drinsteht.

Das hat durch Veränderung der sidebar.php mit Comments und Entries geklappt, dafür schon mal danke.  Allerdings habe ich weder “Lead Article” noch “Recent Posts” in einer der beiden Dateien gefunden, konnte das dementsprechend nicht ändern.  Auch würde ich in der tabbed section gerne “About this theme” löschen.

Danke, hat im Wesentlichen geklappt.  Nur: auf der Startseite steht unterhalb von “Auf dem Laufenden bleiben” jetzt immer noch Entries und Comments statt “Einträge” und “Kommentare”.  Lässt sich das auch noch ändern?

Ja klar, du musst einfach die deutschen Sprachdatein im Themeordner haben .mo und .po :)

Natürlich hast du in der wp-config die Sprache de_DE eingestellt :) …

Ist es möglich, dieses Theme komplett auf Deutsch zu nutzen? Also so, dass da “Suchen” steht und nicht “Search”, “Neueste Beiträge” statt “Recent Posts”, “Kommentare” statt “Comments” usw.?
