Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazine.

This e-book is highly recommended for new WordPress users who want to use BranfordMagazine or WyntonMagazine.

Das ist im Grunde sehr einfach. Du entfernst einfach den vordefinierten Pfad an den relevanten Stellen in der index.php. Dort steht im Moment z.B. (Version 2.2)

$values = get_post_custom_values(”featuredarticleimage”); echo $values[0]; ?>” alt=”featuredimage” />

Das blau markierte ist der Pfad zum Standard Uploadverzeichnis. Den änderst Du einfach wie Du willst, oder Du lässt ihn ganz weg und trägst später beim jeweiligen Wert die komplette URL zum Bild ein.

Hi,

gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Bilder für leadimage, rightcolimage etc. besser zu sortieren? Aktuell muss ich die ja immer ins Hauptbilderverzeichnis laden. Mein Problem ist nun: Ich habe teilweise Einträge bei denen ich Bilder wiederverwenden kann, die ich schon einmal hätte. Wenn ich jetzt die Bilder für jede Verwendungsart in einer meiner NextGen-Gallerien hätte, könnte ich mir z.B. alle leadimages anschauen und sehen, ob ich das benötigte schon habe oder ein neues brauche. Aktuell ist das nur recht kompliziert möglich. Hat da jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Sprich es wäre sehr gut, wenn ich wüsste, wie ich dafür sorgen kann, dass die Bilder nicht mehr standardmäßig aus dem Ordner “Upload” genommen werden, sondern aus dem von NextGen angelegten Ordner Gallery und dort dem passenden Unterordner für die jeweilige Bildart.

Hoffe mein Anliegen ist verständlich und Danke schon einmal für eine Antwort.
