I will not answer questions on basic WordPress functionalities because there are general WordPress forums and the amazing WordPress Codex which do this job better. Check out the tutorials. Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazine.

This e-book is highly recommended for new WordPress users who want to use BranfordMagazine or WyntonMagazine.

This forum will be closed down (read only mode) for x-mas and new years holidays. I will answer open topics within the next few days. In January the forum will be fully available again.

Hallo Miachael, und andere..


nun ja.. ich schon wieder… so langsam habe ich echt ein schlechtes Gewissen.. muss echt mal eine Spende zu dir rüberschicken für deine Arbeit.

Ich benutze das neue Wynton und habe ein paar Designtechnische Fragen…

Würde diese gern selber in Griff bekommen, ansonsten habe ich mal gelesen dass du micha.. es auch für ein änderst.. aber naja.. möchte es selber machen.. lerne ja auch dazu! Folgendes.

Ich würde es gern so stellen.

erstens:

Auf der Home:

Leadartikel bleibt immer dort… weiss ich wie es geht.

Rechte Seite ( bei dir “About me” ) möchte ich gern auch immer dort stehen lassen. Über eine andere cat geht dies nicht. Weisst du wie??

Im Branfort geht dies über die Ui.tabs… im Wynton gibt es diese Datei nicht.


zweitens:

Ich würde gern die Oberseiten oben Nav bar ( nicht Artikel ) als Sections pages darstellen. Diese soll die Unterseiten als Featured Pages anzeigen


Weisst du wie ich meine?


Würde mich freuen wenn dies mit ein paar anpassungen möglich wäre.
