I will not answer questions on basic WordPress functionalities because there are general WordPress forums and the amazing WordPress Codex which do this job better. Check out the tutorials. Most of the questions will be answered here. For unexperienced WordPress useres I reccomend to purchase the e-book “Sites that Soar” by Aisling d´Art. This book shows a step-by-step how-to build up a website using WordPress and BranfordMagazine.

This e-book is highly recommended for new WordPress users who want to use BranfordMagazine or WyntonMagazine.

This forum will be closed down (read only mode) for x-mas and new years holidays. I will answer open topics within the next few days. In January the forum will be fully available again.

Thanks Michael! Tried Leadimage as well, but it doesn't work… I doubt if it is case sensitive… i checked the direct image path and the iamge is uploaded right. Am I doing something wrong?

The keys are a bit different to the keys in BranfordMagazine. Check ´em out:

Leadimage = The big image on the homepage

featured-article-image = The three smaller images on the top right of the homepage
home-category-image = The small square images on the lower homepage article

3-column-image = The images in the template “3-Column-Page”

featuredpagepic = The image on top of “Featured Page” template

featuredpageheadline = The headline in that template
featuredpagetext = The copy/text right next to the image in that template

section-teaser-image = Das große Bild oben im Template für die “Section Page”
section-category-image = Das kleine Bild neben dem Artikelauszug in diesem Template

Trying to add the custon field for the lead story image for Wynton magazine, but it refuses to show up. Tried putting 'leadpic', 'leadimage', 'featuredarticleimage' and none of them work… any help?
