BranfordMagazine - Use Blogname instead of a logo
Some of you might want to use the Blogname and description instead of a logo image. In this tutorial I show you how to do that.
If you want to show your blogs name and description instead of a graphical logo you have to change some small things in header.php and in style.css. It takes only a few minutes to change it.

Getting rid of the logo
First uncomment the php functions (remove the “//”) that display the title and description in header.php.
header.php with “inactive” title and description
After removing the comments (which is the double slashes “//”) it should look like that.

CSS changes
Then you go to style.css and change the background for the “branding” container.
Change this line in style.css
style.css after changing the relevant line of code
Upload the changed files to your server and you´re done. It´s that easy!
